What we check before selection
- Hanging, shelf and roll storage in one facility
- Many sizes, colours and seasonal stock items
- Protection against creasing, contamination and mixing

We separate hanging garments, folded goods, carton reserve, fabric rolls and accessories by format, season and picking rate.
Apparel and textiles form several distinct storage units: hanging garments, folded goods, cartons, rolls and small accessories. Design starts with the share of each format and the seasonal assortment peak.
Compare storage methods for the application: Apparel and textiles: loads, access and flow help determine the suitable structure. We will agree on bay dimensions and levels according to your containers and equipment.

Prepare load and warehouse parameters for the selected system.
Garment-rail bays are calculated from item length, weight per linear metre and a practical manual-access height. Folded goods use adjustable shelves or locations by size range. Mixing formats without dividers complicates addressing and deforms products.
Rolls require diameter, width, weight and retrieval-method data; they use cradles, shafts or special levels. Accessories and small components are stored in containers and bins at separate addresses.
Pallet or carton reserve is separated from piece picking, and replenishment is designed without opposing traffic. Returns and repacking receive their own buffer so goods with an uncertain status do not automatically re-enter an active location.
Compare suitable bays and kits. Confirm load dimensions, weight and installation conditions before ordering.
