Reel racking: purpose and applications
Cable-reel racking organises stock by cable type and reel size. Select supports and shafts for reel weight and geometry; dispensing requires separate checks of rotation, braking and the working area.
Key load parameters

How to choose a configuration
Reel racking is calculated from reel diameter, width, weight and bore. A secured shaft may be sufficient for storage, whereas rotation or unwinding requires bearings, retainers, a brake and guides.
