Rules for processing data from website forms, customer accounts and order documents.

1. Controller and contact details

2. Purposes and data

  1. Requests and contracts: name, company, phone number, email, enquiry content and documents.
  2. AI consultant operation: question text without contact details is used to answer questions about the website and equipment; the conversation history is not saved in browser storage. Name, phone number and email are accepted only through a separate contact form and are not sent to the AI provider.
  3. Customer-account operation: account data, order history, messages, files, sign-in records and security events.
  4. Accounting and tax compliance: document data required by law.

3. Legal bases and operations

  1. The legal basis is determined separately for each purpose: contract and pre-contract steps, consent, legal obligation or legitimate interest after balancing rights.
  2. Consent to process contact details from the AI consultant form is requested through a separate checkbox and is not combined with sending a chat message or any other confirmation.
  3. Operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer to authorized processors, restriction and deletion.

4. Retention, recipients and security

  1. Retention periods follow the purpose, contract, law and limitation periods. Once the purpose is achieved, data is deleted or anonymized unless another basis applies.
  2. Recipients may include hosting and email providers, banks, electronic-document services, carriers and contractors, only to the necessary extent and under contract. DeepSeek processes only the consultation text without contact-form fields; obvious phone numbers, email addresses and secrets are removed before the summary is created.
  3. The controller applies access controls, logging, backups, updates, encrypted channels and incident response.

5. Data-subject rights

  1. The data subject may request information, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and challenge processing under the procedure established by law.
  2. Send a request to manager@максстор.рф with information sufficient to identify the applicant and specify the request.
