Prepare load and warehouse parameters for the selected system.
For bagged materials, tiles and packaged mixes, check the unit weight, pallet condition and support locations. Compare pallet rows by capacity, level height and access to each batch.
Bundle length, stiffness and the handling method determine upright spacing and the number of arms. Leave a loading face and collection area that do not obstruct adjacent rows.
Distribute hardware, fittings and consumables across shelves and containers. Match shelf depth to the box and place fast-moving items near order assembly.
Compare suitable bays and kits. Confirm load dimensions, weight and installation conditions before ordering.
