What we check before selection
- Long loads with uneven weight distribution
- Side handling equipment
- Different form bundles and stock

Support and cantilever-level geometry is determined by load length, weight, deflection and handling method.
A cantilever system is calculated from actual length, bundle weight, number of support points and side-handling method. Sheet, coil and short offcuts may require other racks or cassettes.
Compare storage methods for the application: Metal and long goods: loads, access and flow help determine the suitable structure. We will agree on bay dimensions and levels according to your containers and equipment.

Prepare load and warehouse parameters for the selected system.
Column spacing is set so the bundle rests stably on the required number of arms. Overhangs, centre of gravity, stops for round stock and load on each support are checked. Single- and double-sided configurations have different bases and are not interchangeable by assumption.
Sheet metal may be stored on engineered shelves or in cassettes, coils in cradles, and short remnants in separate locations. Mixing formats on one arm reduces stability and complicates safe retrieval.
The full swept envelope of long goods often governs the aisle more than equipment width. The plan checks side-loader, crane or hoist movement, the slinging area and the absence of pedestrian routes beneath a moving load.
Compare suitable bays and kits. Confirm load dimensions, weight and installation conditions before ordering.
CN · Racking setCantilever racking for long goods Maxstore CN-01, 4 columns. Keep the loading face open for long goods, choosing cantilever supports for bundle length, weight and handling. Configuration height: 2500 mm; 3 levels; module width and depth: 1500×1200 mm. Confirm load dimensions, operating aisles and supports. The target load is a design input; the permitted load is determined for the approved configuration.
MT · Racking setCassette racks for sheet metal Maxstore MT-01, 1 cassette module. Select supports for metal stock by its shape and batch weight, keeping the handling face accessible. Configuration height: 2000 mm; 7 levels; module width and depth: 3000×1600 mm. Confirm load dimensions, operating aisles and supports. The target load is a design input; the permitted load is determined for the approved configuration.
RL · Racking setRoll storage racks Maxstore RL-01, 1 bay. Store rolled materials on supports selected for roll diameter, length and weight, with an agreed storage orientation and retrieval method. Configuration height: 2400 mm; 2 levels; module width and depth: 2700×1100 mm. Confirm load dimensions, operating aisles and supports. The target load is a design input; the permitted load is determined for the approved configuration.
