What we check before selection
- Reels with different diameters and weights
- Large equipment alongside small components
- Full-pack issue and kit preparation

Combine cable reels, switchgear and small electrical parts in a clear picking layout. Use checked reel supports, pallet positions for packaged equipment and shelving for components. Cable dispensing requires a separate engineering review.

Prepare load and warehouse parameters for the selected system.
Reel size, centre-hole diameter and weight determine the supports. For cable dispensing, also check rotation, braking and the working area; storage racking alone does not imply unwinding capability.
For packaged cabinets and switchgear, consider the centre of gravity and stability of the transport base. Match pallet rows to equipment dimensions and the retrieval method.
Place control devices, connectors and fixings in boxes or containers by item code. Match shelf depth and location height to the packaging and the picking area to a typical order.
Compare suitable bays and kits. Confirm load dimensions, weight and installation conditions before ordering.
CB · Racking setRacks for reels and cable drums Maxstore CB-01, 1 bay. Organise cable reels by diameter and weight, with access for loading and retrieval. Any cable-unwinding function requires separate approval. Configuration height: 2400 mm; 2 levels; module width and depth: 1800×1200 mm. Confirm load dimensions, operating aisles and supports. The target load is a design input; the permitted load is determined for the approved configuration.
PF-STD · D1000 · Starter bayArrange pallet storage with direct access to each position from the operating aisle. Front pallet bay without decking 2000×1800×1000, 2 levels, starter. Series PF-STD D1000; dimensions H×W×D: 2000×1800×1000 mm; 2 storage levels. The listed configuration has limits of 2200 kg per level and 4400 kg per bay; both limits apply when arranging goods. Use this starter bay to begin a row and select compatible add-on bays for expansion. Confirm the loading arrangement, load supports and scope of supply before ordering.
PF-DECK · MET900 · Starter bayCreate front-access storage with steel shelves for compatible pallets and containers. Front pallet bay with steel shelves 2000×1250×785, 2 levels, starter. Series PF-DECK MET900; dimensions H×W×D: 2000×1250×785 mm; 2 storage levels. The listed configuration has limits of 500 kg per level and 1000 kg per bay; both limits apply when arranging goods. Use this starter bay to begin a row and select compatible add-on bays for expansion. Confirm the loading arrangement, load supports and scope of supply before ordering.
